Horse Shit

The Horse and Sparrow theory as I understand it goes something like this:

If you feed a horse enough oats, eventually enough will pass through him to feed the sparrows.

This theory appears to be the strategy our city is taking in catalyzing our economy.

Sell apartment buildings to folks who fix them on the cheap, sell them as condos, and give the renters an order to vacate.

This way, business men from our province make money, business men from other provinces make money, the kids of middle class families can afford to be first time home owners and the renters who can't afford a mortgage get horse shit.
